# Refund policy (working version — final legal review pending)

Digital content delivers immediately; the checkout consent waives the EU 14-day withdrawal right at that moment. Genuinely defective packages (corrupt files, geometry that cannot print as documented, contents not matching the page) are fixed first — updates go to all purchasers — and refunded when a fix is impossible. After a refund or chargeback, download links are revoked and can no longer be renewed.
