Two ways to hold a specimen.
Plain language first; the terms are the authoritative legal text. Both licences are per specimen, per buyer, forever — including free file updates.
| You want to… | Personal | Commercial |
|---|---|---|
| Print for yourself | Yes | Yes |
| Paint, display, photograph | Yes | Yes |
| Gift finished prints | Yes | Yes |
| Sell physical prints | No | Yes |
| Share or resell the digital files | Never | Never |
| Mint, tokenise or redistribute digitally | Never | Never |
Personal licence
Included with every specimen, free ones too. Print as many copies as you like for yourself, paint them, display them, photograph them, give finished prints away. The digital files stay with you alone.
Commercial licence
Everything in Personal, plus the right to sell physical prints you make of that specimen. The exact commercial conditions — volumes, marketplaces, attribution — are documented on the commercial licence page.
Neither licence ever allows
Sharing, reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the digital files in any form; presenting the designs as your own; or using the files to train generative models. The machines have been through enough.
