Digital files, honest policy.
Working version — final legal review before launch is a published checklist item.
The legal part
Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the 14-day withdrawal right at that moment — the standard EU arrangement for instant digital delivery. This is why the consent box exists and why it is never pre-ticked.
The decent part
If a package is genuinely defective — corrupt files, geometry that cannot print as documented, contents not matching the product page — write to archive@tomorrowsfossils.com with your order email and what went wrong. First response is a fix (files are updated for everyone); when a fix is not possible, a refund is.
“It looked different in my head” is not a defect — but every product page shows dimensions, part counts and honest test-print status precisely so heads and files agree before payment.
After a refund or chargeback
Entitlement ends: existing download links are revoked and links can no longer be renewed for that order. Files already downloaded must be deleted per the terms.
