1. The product
All products are digital STL file packages for resin 3D printing. No physical item is shipped, ever. Product pages state exactly which files, dimensions and print characteristics a package contains — including what has and has not been test printed.
2. Delivery and withdrawal
Delivery is immediate: after confirmed payment a secure, expiring download link is emailed and shown on the confirmation page. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery of digital content begins. See the refund policy for what we do anyway when something is wrong.
3. Licences
Each purchase grants a per-specimen licence — personal or commercial, as selected at checkout and summarised at /licences/. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the digital files is prohibited under every licence, as is using the files to train generative models.
4. Download links and updates
Download links expire and have use limits for security; entitlement does not expire. Fresh links are available through Order help. File updates for a purchased specimen are delivered free by email. Entitlement, including link renewal, ends when an order is refunded or charged back.
5. Fair use of the service
Automated scraping of download endpoints, sharing tokens, or attempting to enumerate orders will get links revoked. Be the field team, not the looters.
6. Liability
Resin printing involves chemicals and machines; follow your equipment’s and resin’s safety instructions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
